Arkansas State Plant Board Changes Regulations for New Technology

Arkansas State Plant Board regulation changes for Dicamba (Monsanto Enlist and Xtend technology) and 2,4,D choline (Dow Enlist Duo technology) were made at a recent Plant Board meeting.
